    Looking for a Web Designer and Developer

    We had a number of clients that came up to us and we are currently looking for someone who can assist us in web designing and web development.

    The successful candidate will be working at home for 25 – 30 hours a week depending on the work loads, Monday to Friday only. You will need to have your own reliable computer and a stable internet connection.

    Please read carefully and thoroughly.

    Qualifications:

    • Needs to have a lot of self discipline
    • Located in the Philippines
    • Self motivated
    • Be able to work Individually and in a team
    • Optimistic and has a good sense of humor.
    • Portfolio is a must or Show us 5 sample of your previous works.

    Requirements:

    • Understanding of what is currently up to date for web site looks and feels
    • Highly knowledgeable with XHTML/ CSS, Javascript, Ajax, and other front-end web technologies
    • Have a strong and varied graphic and web design PORTFOLIO, with the ability to convert it into fully functional website templates
    • Experience in developing user interface with table-less designs and W3C compliant templates that are fully cross-browser compatible
    • Familiarity with CMS Publishing, Web 2.0 and WordPress is highly desirable
    • Hardworking and dedicated in achieving the best quality standards
    • Excellent English communication skills and technical leadership skills

    Responsibilities:

    • Create designs, layouts with appealing and highly usable features
    • Able to work and create PSD files
    • Create designs based in XHTML, CSS, DHTML, Flash, etc;
    • Aware of W3C standards for design.
    • Aware of cross-browser compatibility issues
    • Maintain exciting designs

    Compenstation: Starts at Php 8,000 to Php 14,000 depending on skill level and experience.
